My wardrobe budget is super limited too! I combine the powers of thrifting at second hand stores, shopping strictly sale and bargain hunting to create my wardrobe. Very few pieces are purchased at full price. The best way to successfully do this is look at the non-sale items, magazines, so on; to see what is something you’d like to have, what is in, whatever floats your boat, and then find versions of it for less than full price. A place for regular good bargains is H&M, just pay attention to material quality!
